Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

- Manage and lead a high-performing operations team
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of International Petroleum Trading industry (an advantage)
